An opportunity for preschool children and their parents to join in an hour of fun physical activity in the Altona Centennial Park (parent participation required) which will run Thursday nights from 6-7pm. This free program promotes physical activity & fitness. Parents will assist their children in developing basic skills like balance, agility and teamwork through a variety of games. Please dress according to the weather (jacket, splash pants, proper footwear, hat & mittens). No snacks or drinks available, please bring a water bottle. Suggested age for participation would be 3-5 year olds. This is a drop-in program, however we would prefer if you give us a heads up if you plan on dropping in so we can plan accordingly.
