This 15 week program includes individualized programs and supervised training. It is designed for athletes with a background in competitive sport(s) who may benefit from an increase in strength, speed, power and mobility. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning and proper lifting technique, as well as how to develop power and speed in relation to their sport. Recovery techniques will also be included to help athletes stay resilient while improving performance throughout potentially heavy practice and competition schedules.
Suited for athletes aged 13-21 who are pursuing high-level competitive success in their sport and/or have the possibility of attending the 2020 Manitoba Games or Niagara 2021 Canada Games.
