Winkler Family Resource Centre is excited to host our annual Family New Year's Eve Party! It takes place December 31st, from 5 - 7:30 at the Emmanuel Mennonite Church at 750 15th Street in Winkler. Food will be available to purchase and there will be free snacks, lots of fun activities and an early New Year's Eve countdown! Tickets are available for purchase at wfrc.ca under the Register tab.
