Winkler Arts and Culture’s After School Art: Mixed Media is a weekly program designed for kids aged 5–8 years old, offering a playful introduction to the world of art-making. Each week, participants will explore a variety of materials and techniques — from drawing and painting to collage and crafting elements, discovering how different mediums can be combined to create something entirely new.
This program encourages curiosity and imagination, giving kids the freedom to experiment, get creative, and build confidence in their own artistic voice. With hands-on projects and plenty of room for exploration, young artists will discover that there’s no single way to make art , just endless possibilities!
The program runs from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Thursdays for 6 weeks beginning Sept. 11, 2025.
