An introduction to jiu-jitsu that will equip your child with the fundamentals to begin attending regular classes.
This free workshop is for any kids/youth interested in beginning jiu-jitsu.
No Equipment Needed (regular gym clothes and bare feet).
Must pre-register online.
Kids Age 6 - 9 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm (60 minutes)
Youth Age 10 - 13 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm (90 minutes)
