Furever Friends Cat Rescue is teaming up with Altona Yoga to bring you CAT YOGA!
Saturday, October 2nd, 2021.
Three 45 minute classes available: 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
$20/class.
These will be gentle classes that are instructor lead, suitable for beginners and all ages, with adoptable furry friends in attendance. The 1pm and 2pm classes are geared towards Kids & Adults, while the 3pm class is geared towards Adults only (more posture focused than the earlier two).
