Description: Resilience is positive adaptation after or during adversity. In our current context, the need to build resiliency skills becomes imperative to fulfill the call on one's life. Our resilience can be depleted but it can also be maintained, developed and enhanced. This course will aim to address how resilience skills can be built and enhanced while enduring stress.
