The REDress project is a public art installation created by Winnipeg artist Jaimie Black that seeks to honour victims and bring attention to the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and 2 Spirited (MMIWG2S). We, along with many other Canadians, have been deeply moved by this project and the importance of recognizing this ongoing issue that touches both our nation and local communities right here in the Pembina Valley.
Our art installation will bring the REDress Project to communities throughout the Pembina Valley during the month of May.
